Spring 2025 Youth Cross Country with CT Sports Network • Register • View Cart •

CT Sports Network
CT Sports Network will once again be offering Cross Country training to children aged 5-14 years old (current Kindergarten through 8th grade youth) this spring at Great Hollow Lake section of Wolfe Park. 

The clinics are open to all runners with our training programs designed for beginners through experienced racers.

The younger classes will focus on age appropriate running games and basic running techniques with the other clinics providing a strong concentration on running form and pacing while building endurance through running drills, games and core exercises.


All participant should have athletic shoes and water with them to each practice. This program will still take place in light rainy conditions. If in doubt contact our cancellation line after 3:00 pm using 203-339-6106.
