Fall 2026 Krav Maga: Adult Fitness and Self-Defense
This is new class opportunity that includes functional body weight exercises, pad work, partner drills, practical self defense techniques and concepts. Participants can earn rank in Krav Maga. T-Shirts and belt rank are an optional and additional fee.
