Join us for our Adult Cardio Point Play Tennis Program with our partners, Fairfield County Tennis Program Staff
Have fun, get exercise and improve your game!
Competitive point play in a high intensity workout. Players move consistently between offense and defense.
We offer Advanced Beginner/Low Intermediate or Intermediate Levels available.

There are no discounts for multiple family members participating and this program is for adult players 18 years of age and older.
In the event of inclement weather we will extend the program to additional Thursdays and we will update our phone/info line after 3:00 pm and you can call 203-339-6106.
Please wear comfortable clothing, sneakers and a filled water bottle.
