Calling all aspiring chefs! Join Masuk High School Culinary Teacher, Ms. Amy Bien for our first ever "Kids in the Kitchen" summer series. Through Global Foods and Baking & Pastry offerings, participants will work in a professional kitchen to complete exciting, from scratch dishes each day that can be enjoyed during class or take home to share.
Each course includes lessons on safety when preparing foods in using a variety of kitchen tools and equipment. Participants will work in groups to complete each dish, providing the opportunity to practice communication and teamwork as well as improve confidence and independence in the kitchen.
