Winter 25 Adult Swim Lessons • Register • View Cart •

Calling all adults that want to learn to swim better.

We are offering group lessons for adults 18 years of age and older on Monday nights at 

Masuk Pool.  Sign up for the level that meets your ability.

Head to www.MonroeRec.org to secure your spot.  This is a 5 week program.

Adult Swim Level 1:  Learning the basics, an introduction to basic aquatics skills, swimming and skills

Adult Swim level 2:  Improving skills and swimming strokes, gaining proficiency in different strokes, skills and concepts.

Adult Swim Level 3:  Swimming for fitness:  Improve effectiveness and efficiency of all strokes, and turns to build overall endurance.
