CT Sports Network will once again be offering Cross Country Clinics to help in training children 5-12 years old (Incoming Kindergarten through 5th grade) this fall at the Great Hollow Lake section of Wolfe Park. 

The clinics are opened to all runners with our training programs designed for beginners through returning participants.

The younger classes will focus on age appropriate running games and basic running techniques and providing a strong concentration on form and pacing while building endurance through drills, games and core exercises.

All participants should wear sneakers and bring water with them to run.

This class will run in light rain. Cancellation/Information Line is 203-339-6106 and will be updated after 3pm if we have to postpone. There are no prorating of classes or sibling discounts available. Full payment is due at the time of registration and make sure you have a valid email associated with your child's registration as we send out email alerts often.
