Masuk High School Pool Info and Memberships 2026-2027
Join in on using the pool at Masuk High School for recreational swimming on select nights.
This is a 6 lane pool that is 25 yards in length. The shallow end is 4.5 feet and the deep end is 10 feet. There are two diving boards that we sometimes have access too. (May not always be available)
Programming in the pool is always different. Check schedule often on our website and at the pool admission area with our staff. Circle swimming is required when lap swimming is going on. There are no private lanes available.
The temperature of the pool is around 80-84 degrees as it is regulated by Masuk High School Custodial Staff. This pool is used for school physical education classes, competitive high school, club swimming teams and our recreational program use. There will be times our use is delayed due to a swim meet/swim practice that is finishing up before us.
Please do not enter the water or come on pool deck until our lifeguards say it is set and ready to do so.
MEMBERSHIPS ARE VALID FROM November 16, 2026 through June 18, 2026

PROOF OF RESIDENCY IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION TO RECEIVE RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP CARD.
RESIDENTS MUST STILL REGISTER.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED EACH TIME YOU COME TO THE POOL.
Pool Availability:
This membership is for when the Monroe Parks & Recreation Department has the permit to use the pool through the Board of Education. Exclusion dates will occur for school events, athletic meets, holidays and weather closure.
Sometimes situations such as mechanical issues with the pool can happen very last minute and not reflect on the main calendar. Please check our alert page or call 203-339-6106 after 1pm for updates.
Masuk Pool memberships can be secured/purchased online at www.MonroeRec.org, in person at Masuk Pool when our staff is working or at Town Hall at the Monroe Parks and Recreation Department office. (The main office at Masuk High School and the staff of this school have no affiliation with our pool operations to assist in memberships or day passes.). There are times when the pool is unavailable for use due to lessons, special events and celebration parties.
Securing/Purchasing your pass online or at the Parks and Recreation office ahead of your arrival is the easiest, but if you choose in-person transactions, we prefer you use your debit or credit card. If paying by cash, exact amount is requested.
All fees when applicable are set by the Town Council, with guidance from the Parks and Recreation Commission.
Day pass fees can not be used towards memberships.
Make sure your account on file in our computer system has an email associated with it that you check on a regular basis and select the option to get these emails. We do not take responsibility if you do not have an updated account.
We sell memberships and one day only passes to non-residents to use Masuk Pool for recreational swim and lap swimming.
The pool membership program and day pass option are NOT intended for groups to show up without prior written permission (plus pay appropriate fee) by our office or for someone to teach private swimming lessons that is not part of our approved staff. You cannot bring your own lifeguard.
Please make sure you understand our refund/cancellation policy before purchasing a membership. There are no refunds for day passes allowed.
