6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    Youth Indoor Tennis 2024-2025 - Youth Indoor Tennis 2024-2025
Join us for an indoor tennis program, led by the Fairfield County Tennis staff at Monroe Elementary School gym.These lessons are designed for the beginner/advanced beginner player. The fore hand, back hand and volley will be introduced with a variety of games along the way. Ages 5-11 are welcomed to participate!There will be two sessions and various time slots based on your players age.Each session is   5  one hour group lessons. Read the flyer carefully and join in on the FUN!Please understand there is no pro-rating and that you fully understand our refund/cancellation policy before signing up your child. See attachment in the additional files section. We need a minimum of 3 participants in each section to run. The max is 10. Comfortable athletic play clothes with sneakers is needed to be worn along with bringing a filled non- glass water bottle.

Join us on Tuesdays at the Monroe Elementary School Gym for our Little Ninjas and Family Martial Arts Program. (child with older sibling or parent/guardian)This is a great program to learn a new skill, build confidence, make new friends and have FUN!!!Led by our talented instructor, Chris Sansonetti and his team.  Make sure you child wears comfortable athletic clothing and brings water.  Instructor will go over clothing and foot wear during the first class meeting.There are no sibling discounts or prorating.  Please make sure when you register your child that an active email is associated with their registration as we communicate important class information this way.  Also, understand that class could get postponed unexpectedly since this is not a facility that have control of.  We will also update our phone information line  after 3pm at 203-339-6106 if we must postpone or cancel a class.  Little Ninja Beginner:  Age appropriate and fun class that teaches life skills such as listening, focus, discipline and fitness. Calling all volleyball players!Join us for our popular Adult Co-ed pick-up games program at Jockey Hollow Middle School.Beginner players will meet on Tuesday nights and Advanced player will meet on Wednesdays.This is not lessons or clinics, but friendly play with volleyball enthusiasts of various abilities.Come out and get some exercise, improve your game and make new friends.This session is eight weeks. Nets and balls are provided as well as a coordinator, Jason Goldfarb on site to lead these nights.Players should bring a filled water bottle, wear sneakers and appropriate athletic type clothing. CT Sports Network will be partnering with Monroe Parks & Recreation Department in having a Wednesday evening co-ed youth volleyball clinic program.  These clinics are open to both new and experienced players.  Our coaches will focus on teaching skills, rotations, game scenarios and the rules of the game in a fun filled environment.  This is open to players aged 9 through 14.  All activities will take place in an atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship, teamwork and most of all, FUN!All participants should have athletic shoes, water and you may also wish to bring your knee pads as well.Program is at Jockey Hollow Middle School Gym.Registration is limited! 7:45 PM - 8:45 PM    Winter 2025 Self Defense Class for ages 13+ - Self Defense Class
Come one, come all and join in a mini session of self defense with our instructor, Chris Sansonetti.  Participants will learn concepts, drills and techniques to become safer in a variety of situations.This program is open to any gender who is  13 years of age or older.Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and bring a filled water bottle. Max is 14 participants! Don't delay as this fills up quickly.

(child with older sibling or parent/guardian)This is a great program to learn a new skill, build confidence, make new friends and have FUN!!!Led by our talented instructor, Chris Sansonetti and his team.  Make sure you child wears comfortable athletic clothing and brings water.  Instructor will go over clothing and foot wear during the first class meeting.There are no sibling discounts or prorating.  Please make sure when you register your child that an active email is associated with their registration as we communicate important class information this way.  Also, understand that class could get postponed unexpectedly since this is not a facility that have control of.  We will also update our phone information line  after 3pm at 203-339-6106 if we must postpone or cancel a class.  Little Ninja Beginner:  Age appropriate and fun class that teaches life skills such as listening, focus, discipline and fitness. Ages 5-8  (New to martial arts) Little Ninja Advanced:  Age appropriate and fun class that teaches life skills such as focus, discipline, fitness and confidence.  Ages 5-8 (Previous participant in our program) Single Martial Arts: Students learn self-defense and functional fitness. (open to any single participant) 9+ years of age and upFamily Martial Arts: Any combo of two participants that want to do martial arts together. All will learn life skills such as discipline, focus and confidence. Ages 9 and up. This is great for parent/child, two older siblings or two friends doing this together.

Calling all volleyball players!Join us for our popular Adult Co-ed pick-up games program at Jockey Hollow Middle School.Beginner players will meet on Tuesday nights and Advanced player will meet on Wednesdays.This is not lessons or clinics, but friendly play with volleyball enthusiasts of various abilities.Come out and get some exercise, improve your game and make new friends.This session is eight weeks. Nets and balls are provided as well as a coordinator, Jason Goldfarb on site to lead these nights.Players should bring a filled water bottle, wear sneakers and appropriate athletic type clothing. 7:45 PM - 8:45 PM    Winter 2025 Self Defense Class for ages 13+ - Self Defense Class
Come one, come all and join in a mini session of self defense with our instructor, Chris Sansonetti.  Participants will learn concepts, drills and techniques to become safer in a variety of situations.This program is open to any gender who is  13 years of age or older.Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and bring a filled water bottle. Max is 14 participants! Don't delay as this fills up quickly.
