Join us this summer on the soccer field with CT Sports Network for our Summer 2026 Soccer Camp!  CT Soccer Network provides young players of all abilities with the rare opportunity to receive high-level soccer coaching from a team of international experts right in the heart of their own community. CT Soccer Network is synonymous with high quality soccer education and boasts one of the most highly qualified and experienced staff in Fairfield County. The CSN staff will teach each player to fulfill their true soccer potential in a fun filled environment. Whether you are a 3 year old taking your first steps in soccer or getting ready for highschool play and aspirations of college, the CT Soccer Network has a place for you. Campers will be exposed to individual foot skills, technical drills, tactical practices, small-sided games and scrimmages. All activities will take place in an atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship, teamwork and most of all, FUN!  All campers should have shin guards athletic shoes or soccer cleats. Campers should also bring plenty of water and a snack each day. We recommend that campers should arrive at camp with sunscreen already applied, as well as with additional sunscreen to apply as needed by themselves. This camp is OUTDOORS!

We are trying something new this summer, by offering a BONUS week of camp.This one week session from August 17-August 21 from 9:00 am-4:00 pm will offer many fun activities that we do at camp, just on a smaller scale. Space is limited!Program to be held at Wolfe Park. Inclement weather location will be announced as needed. The program week is offered to youth who have completed Pre K 4 through 8th grade.Activities to include swimming, crafts, games, sports and more! More specific details were emailed participating families on 8/13/26Early Bird Pricing is not available for this week.$235.00 Monroe youth residents$285.00 Non resident youth If your child participates in Summer Fun Days Camp or Tweens Adventure Program during any of the main eight week sessions for 2026 you do not need to fill out the forms again. We will use them for Week #9. Forms are required for any new participant.

This program is Full as of 5/21/26. Please use wait list at this time. Join us for our second season of Women's Slow Pitch Softball!Everyone must register in our portal to play. We would like to get two additional teams and please understand that individuals who played last season may not be back on the team they were assigned in 2025. Contact your manager from last season with details.If you wish to start your own team we would love that. All the rules and regulations for this program are on a pdf on the lower left of this page under additional files. Click that to read more! Here are some quick facts:*Each player pays a registration fee of $25.00 *Games will be on Select Mondays and many Wednesday nights at the Great Hollow Lake Fields. (Exact schedule will be posted once all rosters are submitted) *Residency requirements (only have to have one): Masuk HS graduate, currently lives FULL time in Monroe; owns property and pays taxes on that said property; works FULL time in Monroe; was on one roster with the Shelton/Monroe Softball Program from any season between 2020-2024. We will allow 5 out of town players per team. (Managers choice) *Must be 25 years of age or older by June 1, 2026*Metal single wall non composite bats are the only ones allowed*11 inch ball will be used*60 foot bases, 50 foot pitching mound and 6-10 foot arc*10 players max on field, can bat full roster and start 9 players to avoid forfeit*Can't have sub's from other teams even if they are registered*One courtesy runner per inning and one designated runner for injuries only and must be    determined at the time of ground rules with the umpire. *Normal at bats, starting with a 1-1 count, with an extra foul *Rosters to be finalized by June 5, 2026 at 1:30 pm *Frozen Roster as of June 15, 2026 at 4:30 pm*Must follow all Wolfe Park Rules and have appropriate behavior *Team entrance fee is $600.00 due with final roster by manager.  Team fee includes: field use, umpires, parks staff, trophy for winning team and      plaque for runner up, softballs and coordinator fee. (4/23/26) Managers must go through Missy if there is change per league rules. We found our 10th team as of 3/27/26. Registration will open on Friday, March 6, 2026.Join us! We are looking to add one more team for 2026!The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department has a 35 years old/over Men’s Slow Pitch Recreational Softball League that plays on select Monday and Friday nights late mid April through early August at various fields within Wolfe Park pool side and at Great Hollow Lake.In order to be eligible to play you must be a full time year round resident of Monroe, work full time (35 or more hours) in Monroe or have graduated from Masuk High School. Each team is allowed 5 out of town players. We currently have 9 teams with managers ready to go and require all players to register.  In addition, individuals looking to get placed on a team may sign up and your contact info will be given to the managers in case they have some openings. Not everyone gets placed on a team. Dedicated team managers secure a sponsor and complete their team rosters/uniforms to participate.There was a yearly managers meeting that occurred already. League Team fee is $1000.00 for 2026 season. This includes umpires, two cases of balls per team, trophy for winning teams, staffing at the park, field use and league coordinator fee.For further information contact League Coordinator Glenn Laudenslager at gllaudens@gmail.com or the Monroe Parks and Recreation Office at 203-452-2806 and speak Missy Orosz, Director of Parks & Recreation Department. All participants MUST register and have a family account. Please answer all questions correctly and be prepared to show a valid photo identification/license at anytime during the season and your information must match what is on the rosters.
