Ski/Snowboard Program 2023

Program is FULL! Our max is 90 participants as we secured the second bus requested due to the high demand after our November 1, 2022 original registration. We sent out emails and made multiple phone calls to families that put themselves on the original wait list and gave them until November 14, 2022 at 12:00 pm to complete payment to be placed on roster.  If you are still interested you may add your child's name, but there is no guarantee you will be added to the program unless someone drops out. Unfortunately, we are not able to secure a third bus. (11/15/22-MO) 

POSTPONED - Ski/Snowboard trip for Friday, January 20, 2023 is postponed.
The make-up date will be Friday, February 24, 2023.


Five week ski/snowboard program which includes coach bus transportation from Town Hall, 7 Fan Hill Road, to Mohawk Mountain, 46 Great Hollow Road, Cornwall CT, 06753.

Strict rules of conduct for all participants on the bus and at Mohawk Mountain will be enforced by Parks and Recreation Department chaperons and Mohawk Mountain staff. VIOLATORS WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE PROGRAM WITHOUT REFUND.

A helmet is mandatory. 

All fees are for the full five weeks and include transportation and lift ticket, there are no refunds or partial payments. Please do not register if you have a school, vacation or other conflict on any or all of the Friday nights in January, February, or March. 

Ski Trips are on Fridays, 1/13/23, 1/20/23, 1/27/23, 2/3/23, and 2/10/23.

Make up nights are February 24, 2023 and March 3, 2023.

Once you have signed up and paid for the correct Ski Trip option on the Parks and Recreation website you will be sent a link to provide additional information to Mohawk Mountain on their website. This is where you will enter your kids information for whoever is getting the pass/lessons/rentals and sign the waivers.

Participants will have full range of Mohawk Mountain. This is an independent trip where participants will be on their own. Monroe Parks and Recreation chaperons and Mohawk Mountain Staff will be located in the lodge and out on the mountain for participants to check in, ask questions and seek any help.

The transfer option to allow another person to take a week from you in NO LONGER occurring. Make sure you can commit to all weeks before registering. (11/1/22)
